Steps to Apply for Shahjalal Islami Bank scholarship 2024
Step 1: Download and print the application form below two image is the application form then
ধাপ-১। বৃত্তির আবেদন ফরম ডাউনলোড ও প্রিন্ট করতে হবে। ফরম পেতে এই পোস্টের প্রথম দুইটি ছবি প্রিন্ট করুন।
Step 2: Fill up the form by the applicant himself own hand writen then
ধাপ ২। আবেদনকারী স্ব-হস্তে ফরমটি পূরণ করুন
Step 3: Applicant Document: আবেদনকারীর কি কি ডকুমেন্ট লাগবে?
Birth registration/ NID জন্ম নিবন্ধন/ এনাআইডি এর কপি
Three copies of photo তিন কপি ছবি
SSC and HSC registration card (এস এস সি এবং এইচ এস সি পরীক্ষার রেজিস্ট্রেশন কার্ডের কপি )
Aadmit Card (এস এস সি এবং এইচ এস সি পরীক্ষার প্রবেশ পত্রের কপি )
mark sheet (এস এস সি এবং এইচ এস সি পরীক্ষার নম্বর পত্রের কপি )
testimonial (এস এস সি এবং এইচ এস সি পরীক্ষার প্রশংসা পত্রের কপি )
college admission receipt কলেজে ভর্তির রশিদ
College ID card/ Testimonial যে কলেজে ভর্তি হয়েছে তাঁর আইডি কার্ড অথবা প্রত্যয়ন পত্র
Parents Documents:
Copy of NID Both parents পিতা/ মাতার এনাআইডি এর কপি
Photo's Both parents পিতা/ মাতার ছবি
If Father/Mother/Guardian are Job holder Copy of Testimonial Describing Income from the Office. For others Testimonial of Income Source from union Chairman/ Councellor পিতা/মাতা চাকরিজীবি হলে অফিস হতে বার্ষিক আয়ের তথ্য অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রে চেয়ারম্যান/ কমিশনার হতে বার্ষিক আয়ের তথ্য দিতে হবে
If Father/Mother are Dead then Submit Copy of the Dead Certificate
Step 4. Attested all the above documents by the head of the college/ Department Head where the student is studing/First Class Gazeted Officer
ধাপ -৪। বর্ণিত ডকুমেন্ট গুলো কলেজ প্রধান/ বিভাগ প্রধান/ প্রথম শ্রেণী গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তা দ্বারা সত্যায়িত করে ফরমের সাথে সংযুক্ত করে
