The main objective of this post is to provide a comprehensive guideline to the students of Jashore University of Science and Technology, which will reduce the pain and suffering of those who intend to withdraw documents from JUST. There are Two ways to withdraw documents (online and offline)

All Undergraduate students' applications (Grade sheet, Transcript and certificate) must be submitted online.

ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট/সাময়িক সনদ হারানোর ক্ষেত্রে, প্রার্থীকে জিডির অনুলিপি এবং হারানোর বিজ্ঞাপন প্রকাশিত একটি জাতীয় দৈনিক পত্রিকার কপিসহ পরীক্ষা নিয়ন্ত্রকের অফিসে স্বশরীরে উপস্থিত হয়ে “Duplicate Copy” এর জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।
